Dog's weight = Cups a day*
<6 Months:
3-10 lbs. = 1 - 2 cups
10-20 lbs. = 2 - 3 cups
20-30 lbs. = 3 - 4 1/2 cups
30-50 lbs. = 4 1/2 - 6 1/2 cups
50-100 lbs. = 6 1/2 - 10 1/2 cups
Over 100 lbs. = Add 1/2 cup per every 10 lbs. of body weight over 100 lbs.
6-12 Months:
3-10 lbs. = 3/4 - 1 1/2 cups
10-20 lbs. = 1 1/2 - 2 1/4 cups
20-30 lbs. = 2 1/4 - 3 1/2 cups
30-50 lbs. = 3 1/2 - 5 cups
50-100 lbs. = 5 - 8 cups
Over 100 lbs. = Add 1/2 cup per every 10 lbs. of body weight over 100 lbs.
Adults > 12 Months:

Daily requirements vary depending upon breed, size, and activity level. Use the feeding guideline as a starting point and adjust the amount fed daily as needed to maintain an optimum body condition. Discuss your dog’s ideal body condition with your veterinarian. Feed pregnant or lactating dogs up to 4 times the amount recommended for adults divided into 3 or more feedings per day. Daily total recommendations should be into 4 meals for puppies under 6 months, 3 meals for puppies over 6 months. Provide plenty of fresh water at all times. Keep in a cool dry place.
